Eggs: Eat three to seven eggs per week. An egg a day is okay. Here’s why: Eggs contain a heavy-hitting four grams of pure muscle-building amino acids inside every shell, in addition to boasting some of the highest naturally available doses around of a vitamin called choline, which is thought to help enhance memory. They’re the gold standard in terms of providing all the right nutrients for muscle growth.
Milk: Get three servings of dairy per day. You know milk does a body good, but you may not know that skipping

Why I shunned AY’s show –Basketmouth

Basketmouth
There have been rumours that there is a silent rivalry between top comedians, Basketmouth and AY. Many believe that the rivalry is based on ego issues because both humour merchants are big brands in the industry.
On Easter Sunday, Basketmouth, looking very casual, was spotted at the lobby of the hotel where AY’s annual Easter show was held. So many people had thought Basketmouth came for the show and most of his fans who also came for the AY show, stopped by him to take pictures with him.
But just after he exchanged banters with his fans and took pictures with them, the comedian got into his SUV and zoomed off! He didn’t come back.
Of course, it made so many people believe indeed, there is a certain ‘beef’ between the comedians.
But in an exclusive chat with Saturday Beats, Basketmouth denied the rumour saying he had no problems with

I don’t have breast implants –Cynthia Morgan

Cynthia Morgan
Northside Music first lady and dancehall singer, Cynthia Morgan, is apparently not content with making music. She also enjoys posting pictures – semi nude pictures of herself on her instagram page at any opportunity she gets.
And since she is apparently seeking for more attention and for her to set more tongues wagging, the babe went overboard earlier in the week and posted raunchy pictures of her boobs on the internet.
Indeed, tongues were set wagging as many people believed the babe had gone for breast enlargement.
But in an exclusive chat with Saturday Beats, the singer said that her breasts are natural.
She said, “I did not do a boobs’ job. My breasts are 100 per cent real. They are natural. For me, I don’t see them as erotic pictures. I only posted a picture of my cleavage because it is what I felt like

Naked wedding cakes are ideal for brides on a budget

Wedding Cake
Your wedding cake will be one key detail you may have to make your decision based on many factors such as colour, theme and style but most importantly your budget. Wedding cakes can take a big chunk of your budget if you lay huge emphasis on the outside and less importance on taste. The most important thing is to have a clear understanding of what you want and how much you plan to spend, the firmer idea you have of your budget and the style of cake design you are looking for, the easier you are likely to spend less and choose wisely too. Less is more especially when it’s already delicious and if you are strictly working on a budget and looking to cut cost in every detail, here is a great place to start.
The naked cake
The new trend of unfrosted wedding cakes brings the desired relief for brides on a budget and also proves that you don’t need fondant or massive butter cream to make a beautiful wedding cake. Each layer of cake can look perfect without any help of icing or decorations.
These delightfully simple cakes make a statement by baring it all as it doesn’t wrap itself in a giant cloak of fondant. This cake doesn’t cover itself in a dress of ruffles. She stands there tall and proud to be totally naked and free from the excessive sugar coatings, great for today’s wedding guests who often take the icing off the cakes themselves.

Co-pilot deliberately crashed Germanwings plane – Report

Andreas Lubitz
The co-pilot of the Germanwings flight that crashed in the French Alps, named as Andreas Lubitz, appeared to want to “destroy the plane”, officials said.
Marseille prosecutor Brice Robin, citing information from the “black box” voice recorder, said the co-pilot was alone in the cockpit, the British Broadcasting Corporation reports.
He intentionally started a descent while the pilot was locked out.
Robin said there was “absolute silence in the cockpit” as the pilot fought to re-enter it.
He said air traffic controllers made repeated attempts to contact the aircraft, but to no avail. Passengers could be heard screaming just before the crash, he added.
Details are emerging of the German co-pilot’s past – although his apparent motives for causing the crash remain a mystery.
Lubitz, 28, had undergone intensive training and “was 100% fit to fly without any caveats”, according to Carsten Spohr, the head of Lufthansa, the German carrier that owns Germanwings.

Election times are stressful, mind your health

An illustration
Ask everyone involved in the ongoing election campaigns, and they’d mince no words in telling you that their health has never been the same since they hit the road in their effort to convince the electorate to cast their votes for their party and candidates.
Those who have the financial means have their physicians in tow, so that their health indices could be monitored and appropriate treatment or counseling offered before things turn ugly.
Indeed, in order to prove his strength the other day, President Goodluck Jonathan carried about a 12-year-old girl during the Great Abuja March!
Of course, there isn’t much the average politician seeking election or reelection can do when it comes to

I went into reggae because of girls –Patoranking

Patoranking performing on stage
Who would believe Patoranking came into the music industry barely 14 months ago? The young once upon a time rat poison seller has transformed into one of the most sought after artistes. Currently, he is MTV Base artiste of the month.
Even as a reggae artiste, Patoranking has revived the genre and now, everybody, especially the ladies, love him.
Indeed, he said in a recent chat with Saturday Beats that he chose reggae genre because of the ladies.
“One of the reasons I chose reggae even though it might sound funny is because of the girls. I remember back then in secondary school, if you did not know how to mime songs, you could not get the girls and I like standing out. I thought it would be wise for me to mime the songs that my colleagues won’t know. I listened to more reggae songs. Whenever I did that, the girls were always impressed. I listened to a lot of Bob Marley and Lucky Dube’s songs,” he said.
