Very grpahic photos: Woman cuts off husband's penis, kills him for allegedly cheating on her
The photos accompanying this story are very graphic, very gruesome, very gory! Unbelievably so! Allegedly, this Zimbabwean woman (pictured above) attacked her husband for allegedly constantly cheating on her and cut of his penis. I'm going to share the photos but if you guys complain too much, I will take it down...because it's quite gory! How anyone can do this to someone else is beyond me, especially someone you once loved and is the father of your children. See the pics after the cut...but brace yourselves..it's not pleasant.

I wasn’t trying to seduce the President –Seyi Shay
I wasn’t trying to seduce the President –Seyi Shay
Most entertainers have been having fun with President Goodluck Jonathan in recent times and earlier in the week, the President was in Lagos and hanged out with some of these celebrities.
Singer, Seyi Shay was among the entertainers and the pretty diva ‘broke’ the internet with the dress she wore to meet the president at the event.
The picture where the singer, wearing an incredibly short dress, while sitting beside the president, went viral and so many fans and foes have expressed their feelings concerning Seyi’s outfit.
Many people, including celebrities and notable figures such as comedian Wale Gates; social analyst, Omojuwa, took to their social media accounts to express their feelings over her choice of outfit.
However, when Saturday Beats contacted the singer, she explained that she had two outfits for the event and the outfit that caused the stir was what she wore to perform.

How some men treat their women
How some men treat their women
What
Useless woman, I will kill you today; why is my food not ready?” The man was
livid with rage as he chased his wife round the compound for several minutes.
The horrified woman, long used to her husband’s rage, bolted as he lashed out
with a huge rod but she quickly ducked into the room of a neighbour. The
watching crowd intervened and dragged the man away as the woman, subdued,
looked on in horror from an open window of the neighbour’s room. She was too
terrified to speak. As neighbours prodded her to tell them what had prompted
her husband to violently demand his food, she explained that the delay was not
her fault. She had had to take care of their six children which prevented her
from going to the market on time.
Electricity meters now sell for N60,000
The cost of acquiring pre-paid electricity meters by consumers in the country has risen due to the fall in the value of the naira following the currency’s recent devaluation by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
A single-phase meter, according to findings by our correspondent, can now be obtained for N39,375, while the three-phase meter now goes for N60,909.
Before now, the single-phase and three-phase meters were selling for N25,000 and N50,000.
However, with the latest development, the cost of the single-phase meter has risen by 56 per cent, while that of the three-phase meter has jumped by 20 per cent.
This means that household electricity consumers, who are majorly the users of single-phase meters, will pay more for the devices in relative terms compared to the users of the three-phase meters.
Our correspondent gathered that the price increase was because most of the meters in the Nigerian electricity market were imported and that the rising exchange rate of the naira to the United States dollar was posing a huge problem to importers of the product.
Certain habits appear healthy, but they harm
Ours is an age of information overload. And the deluge of information comes under various issues that relate to our existence, especially when it comes to our health and how to live disease-free.
Whether you’re reading newspapers or magazines, listening to radio or television, or surfing the Internet, you will come across many discussions, postings and write-ups about the dos and don’ts of living healthy. Many are helpful, quite a lot border on half-truth, while a lot more may be dangerous, outright.
Here are two supposedly healthy habits that we engage in but which physicians have warned against.
Vagina douching
When you walk through the aisles of upscale supermarkets that abound all over these days, a visit to the feminine section will greet you with array of feminine hygiene products that promise you clean, fresh feeling below the belt.
Beware of Boko Haram sympathisers, Olukolade warns media
Director of Defence Information, Maj. Gen. Chris Olukolade, has condemned what he considered to be a campaign of calumny aimed at discrediting the ongoing anti-terrorism war.
He said the “unpatriotic posture” was capable of undermining the country’s external reputation, while demoralising the troops who are involved in the current campaign to rid Nigeria of insurgents.
Olukolade, who noted this on Monday in a series of tweets, said some media had mischievously attributed the recorded gains against Boko Haram to the efforts of Cameroon, Chad and Niger to the detriment of Nigerian soldiers.
While he acknowledged the supportive role played by troops from the neighbouring countries, he stressed that the war was “comprehensively driven” by the Nigerian Armed Forces.
I still want to get married –Moji Olaiya
A popular cliché says life begins at 40 and for actress Moji Olaiya who clocked 40 earlier in the week, her life just began.
Granted Moji, in a chat with Saturday Beats, said she is grateful to reach this milestone, the actress believes that she still has a lot to achieve.
Even with her marriage that crashed some time ago, the actress said she has not ruled out getting married again in the nearest future. However, she said she wouldn’t even mind if she didn’t get married eventually.
“What went through my mind during my birthday was giving thanks to God that my family was there for me and my friends really supported me. My colleagues were also there to celebrate with me, so there was no time to think about a man that was not there by my side.
“Seeing my daughter and my mother beside me made me so happy.
First solar-powered plane begins flight
A Swiss solar-powered plane has taken off from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates marking the start of the first attempt to fly around the world without a drop of fuel, Al Jazeera reports.
The Solar Impulse 2, piloted by Andre Borschberg of Switzerland, took off at 7.12am local time (0412 GMT) on Monday from the UAE’s Al-Bateen airport and headed to Muscat, the capital of Oman, where it is expected to land later after the first leg of the journey.
The developers said the aim was to create awareness about replacing “old polluting technologies with clean and efficient technologies”.
Ambode, Agbaje battle for non-indigenes’ votes
We looks at the moves by the All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party to woo non-indigene voters of Lagos
Some facts seem to be sacred in this election season. Both the All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party concede that the APC presidential candidate, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) will garner most of the votes in the North-West where the Katsina-born candidate hails from.
Similarly, it is believed that most of the voters in the South-East will vote for President Goodluck Jonathan.
However, one question in the minds of politicians is how will the people of Nigeria’s most populous state, Lagos, vote?
