Pst E.A.ADEBOYE
Memorise: The four & twenty elders fall down before him dat sat on d throne & worship him that liveth for ever & ever & cast their crowns before the throne, saying,Thou art worthy, O Lord,to receive Glory & Honour & power: for thou hast created all things & for thy pleasure they are & were created. Rev 4:2-11
You can take different positions in worship, but a great position in which to worship God is to go flat on your face on d ground. Do u know dis is still d practice in Heaven? Rev.4:10 "speaks about the 4 & 20 elders"
When u go on your face before God, you are telling God that u are not in any way competing with him. You are making yourself of no reputation in His presence. It means everything u have amounts to nothing. Dis is why the 24 elders in their highly exalted position in Heaven push their crowns aside, lie flat on their faces before God & worship God. Some of us are still very proud when

For best battery life, don’t charge your phone to 100%
For best battery life, don’t charge your phone to 100%
Some people charge their mobile phones daily. Others insist on letting the power completely drain away.
But, either way, mobile phone owners will do anything to prevent their batteries from running out. Now, experts have given their verdict: if you want your battery to last, don’t charge it all the way.
Technology enthusiast, Eric Limer, from website Gizmodo, claims that a full charge is not good for phones. In fact, he said they should be unplugged before they reach 100 per cent.
“For the most part, going from all the way full to all the way empty won’t help; in fact, it’ll do a little damage if you do it too often,” he explained.
“That said, it’s smart to do one full discharge about once a month.’

Europe To Ban Men From Urinating While Standing
The local chapter of the Left Party, a socialist and feminist political party, in Sormland County Council, Sweden, is pushing to make standing while peeing illegal for men using the county council’s public restrooms.
Party officials are pushing to make public restrooms in the county council “sitting only.”
Supporters of the proposal say sitting while urinating is more hygienic and promotes sanitary restroom habit for male users.
It will help to eliminate the problem of puddles on the floor and spray stains on toilet seats.
They also argue that urinating while sitting will help to promote male health because it allows men to empty their bladder more effectively.
