The next time you’re making omelets, don’t toss your shells. Eggshells have nearly as many uses as the eggs themselves. Here are a few ways to get the most from your eggs.

Put them on your face. To restore youthful glow to your skin, pulverise clean, dried eggshells with a mortar and pestle. Mix the powder with some egg white and spread on your skin. Allow the mixture to dry before washing it off.

You could be infected through public swimming pools

                                         Swimming pool

Any hotel worth its salt has a swimming pool that also serves as a marketing tool. In the leaflets introducing the available services, it is common to see photographs of tantalising sky-blue pools that send you to the dreamland, even when you don’t know how to swim.

Of course, inability to swim does not necessarily disqualify anybody from using a swimming pool, as you can laze about on the edge or sit in the shallow point while sipping your favourite drinks or watching those who can swim.

Don’t fight ageing with creams alone

Many people will spend sack loads of money on anti-ageing creams, facial surgical procedures and other cosmetic processes that claim to restore youthfulness or chunk off some years from their looks.

Well, some people are able to achieve temporary relief from the scrawny lines that wrinkles foist on the face, neck and the forehead — three areas of the body that readily give away, unsolicited, the number of decades someone has spent so far on this part of the divide.

Yet, experts say we can save ourselves from the feelings of helplessness that ageing — especially premature ageing — foist on us. They contend that dietary habits can either delay or speed up the ageing process, depending on what you take into your mouth.
